Complete Pixel Solutions repairs the equipment that production companies, rental houses and venues use. We do not rent equipment and we do not sell it, which means we are never quoting on a repair while hoping you replace the unit instead.

Why one bench for three disciplines

Most repair shops fix one category. A rental house runs video, lighting and audio, and ends up with three suppliers, three lead times and three ways of being told what was wrong. We built CPS the other way round. What we see is that the same fleet has the same problems across all three: transport damage, heat, and units that were never tested after the last job.

How we work

Diagnose before quoting. Say when something is beyond economic repair rather than quoting work that does not make sense. Test under real conditions, twice. Write down what was found and what was done, per unit, so the report is worth reading months later.

The bench

CPS works out of a workshop in Uxbridge, west of London, set up for component level electronics rather than swapping boards until something works. Send in work arrives here, and on site work goes out from here.
