Tell us what is broken

The fastest route is a photo and a sentence. Manufacturer, model, quantity and what it is doing wrong is enough for us to tell you whether it is worth repairing.

What to send

Photographs of the fault, and a short video if the fault moves or makes a noise. A video of a moving head misbehaving tells us more than any written description, and it is why we ask for one before anything ships.

  • Manufacturer and model
  • How many units are affected
  • What it does, and when it started
  • Whether it needs to come to us or we come to you
  • The date it is next needed

Where to send it

Granville House, Wallingford Road
Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 2RW

Mon to Fri, 08:00 to 18:00

Electronics repair workbench with soldering station, fume extractor, and microscope in front of a circuit-patterned wall
