Churches
Most church AV is run by volunteers who inherited it. We service and repair it, and we explain what we found in plain words rather than handing over a spec sheet.
What usually goes wrong
The equipment was often specified years ago by somebody who has since moved on, and nobody has the documentation. In our experience the first useful thing is an honest condition report: what is fine, what is failing, and what is not worth spending money on.

Care plans are built per client after a conversation, so what a plan covers for you starts from your inventory rather than from a tier.
