These are the makes we see most, not a list of what we accept. The faults are the same faults whoever built it, so if yours is not here, send a photograph of the back of it and we will tell you straight.
Questions we hear a lot
My fixture is a make you have not listed. Do you take it?
Yes. The list is what comes across the bench most often rather than a limit. A pan motor losing steps behaves the same whoever built the yoke, and the diagnosis is the same work.
Do you do preventative servicing as well as repairs?
That is most of what we do for rental houses. A fleet serviced in February is a fleet that does not fail in July, and it is far cheaper per fixture than the same units arriving broken one at a time in the middle of a season.
Can you work on discontinued fixtures?
Usually. Component level repair is the point of this bench: where a board is no longer available we repair the board rather than sourcing a replacement that does not exist. There is a limit, and we will tell you when a fixture has reached it.
Do you repair the lamp side and the LED side?
Both. Discharge fixtures bring igniter, ballast and lamp base faults, and LED engines bring driver and thermal faults. They are different problems on the same yoke.

Stock that is broken is stock that is not earning. We run repair loops for rental houses so damaged tiles and fixtures come back into the hire fleet instead of stacking up in a corner of the warehouse.
