On demand

Send in repair

The simplest route for bench work: modules, fixtures, amps, consoles, power supplies and cards. Ship it or drop it off, and it comes back tested with a report.

Step 01

Tell us first

Send the fault description, quantity and photos before shipping, so the bench is ready and nothing sits in a queue unidentified.

Step 02

Pack it properly

Original packaging where possible. For LED modules: face to face with foam between, never loose in a flightcase.

Step 03

Diagnose and approve

We assess, then send you the quote and turnaround. Nothing is repaired until you approve it.

Step 04

Repair, test, return

Component level repair, tested twice, returned with a per unit report. Beyond economic repair units come back labelled, not billed.

Packing

Packing is the one thing that decides whether a module arrives repairable. What comes back to us broken in transit is almost always stacked loose in a flightcase.

Where to send it

Granville House, Wallingford Road
Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 2RW

Tell us before anything ships so the bench is expecting it.

Nothing is repaired until you approve the quote, and a unit that turns out to be beyond economic repair comes back labelled rather than billed.
