Not every LED display fault requires a complete module replacement. The right repair depends on what has failed, so we assess the equipment at the appropriate level to locate the problem and determine the most suitable repair route.
Component level
Component-Level LED Repair
Some faults can be traced to individual LEDs, SMD components or other small electronic parts. Where possible, we replace the failed component and restore the affected area without replacing the complete module. This level of LED module repair is suited to specific pixel and component faults where the surrounding module remains serviceable
Board level
Board-Level LED Repair
Problems can also originate within the electronics that control an LED module or panel. Our diagnostics can cover receiving cards, hub boards, drivers and related PCBs to identify faults affecting image, data or module operation. Where repair is viable, PCB LED module repair can address the faulty board or component rather than replacing the complete unit.
Module level
Module-Level LED Repair
Some faults are better addressed at module level, particularly where LED module repair involves damaged cables, connectors or the module itself. If individual component or board repair is not economical, we can assess whether replacing the affected module is the more suitable option.

Do you repair outdoor modules?
Yes. Outdoor modules are repaired and returned with weather sealing checked, so they go back on the truck ready for the elements.
