Pitches and makes we take in
If it is an LED panel and the pitch is 1.6mm or coarser, it can come to the bench. Below that the modules stop being field serviceable and start being a factory job, and we will tell you that rather than take the work.

Which brands and pitches do you repair?
All major manufacturers and every common pitch, fine pitch included. If we have not bench tested your exact module before, we assess it first and confirm before any work starts.
How long does LED repair take?
Typical bench turnaround is confirmed after diagnosis, and priority turnaround is available on care plans. Every unit leaves with a repair report.
Do you repair outdoor modules?
Yes. Outdoor modules are repaired and returned with weather sealing checked, so they go back on the truck ready for the elements.
