Common symptoms

Audio faults hide at low volume, which is why what comes back to us is usually a box that tested fine in the warehouse. We test under load, because that is the only condition that tells the truth.
Questions we hear a lot
Do you repair powered speakers as well as passive?
Both, including the amplifier module inside a powered box, which is the part that usually fails rather than the driver.
Is a console repair worth it against replacement?
Usually yes on faders, connectors and power sections. We assess and tell you when a unit is beyond economic repair rather than quoting work that does not make sense.
Can you test a whole rack before a tour?
Yes. Pre tour checks run every unit on the manifest under load, so faults are found in the warehouse rather than at load in.
