This page describes how the site works today.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we store what you type into it: your name, your contact details, the equipment involved and anything you upload. We keep it because it becomes the record of a repair job, and a repair report is worth nothing if the job it belongs to has been deleted.
Photographs you upload
Images sent with an enquiry are stored privately and used to diagnose and quote the work. They are not published anywhere on this site unless you agree to it, and completed work shown on this site is anonymised where a client asks.
Analytics
This site counts page views and taps on the WhatsApp, telephone and email buttons. It records the page, the country and the kind of device, all worked out on our own server. There is no third party advertising network on this site and no cookie that follows you to another one.
Asking for your data
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it for accounting. Repair records attached to an invoice are kept as long as the law requires.
