Some jobs should come to the bench. Some jobs need the bench to come to you: installed screens, rigged fixtures, or a warehouse of stock that cannot all go in a van.
Warehouse maintenance days
We work through your racks: cleaning, testing, firmware and minor repairs across the fleet, with anything bigger triaged for the bench.
Pre tour inventory checks
Every unit on the manifest tested before it ships, so faults get found in the warehouse, not at load in.
Installed and rigged equipment
Fixed screens, house rigs and venue systems serviced in place. Tell us about access and working hours when you book and we plan around your schedule.
Access and attendance
Access is the thing worth telling us early: a working at height permit, a loading bay slot or a room that is only free before ten. We have seen a day lost to a locked door more often than to a difficult repair.
Care plan clients schedule on site days as part of their plan, which is usually cheaper than booking them one at a time.
