A house system has to work every night, and it cannot come off the wall for a fortnight. We service installed equipment in place and plan around what is in the diary.
What usually goes wrong
Venue equipment tends to be maintained only when it fails, because there is never a free evening. The pattern we see is a slow drift: a few dead pixels, one fixture out, a channel nobody uses any more, until the room no longer looks like the photographs it is sold on.
